Tis The Season to S.H.A.R.E.
Teaching random acts of kindness is a simple way to start; and by giving families concrete examples that cost them nothing monetarily but mean everything emotionally teaches the true meaning of the season. This program not only teaches the recipients/applicants but donors and their children. We have families who “adopt” S.H.A.R.E. angels every year and this has become a holiday tradition to many local families.
- Holiday assistance program.
- Referred by teachers, principals, case managers and other community providers.
- New Hanover, Brunswick, Columbus, Duplin, and Pender County.
- Reached over 800 families in the past 4 years.
Starting in the 2015 season we will no longer be wrapping or accepting wrapped gifts. Thank you to all our donors for your understanding and cooperation on this change.
